Pride
I am so proud of my kids. We are totally rocking their world by taking them to a foreign country, ripping them away from their friends, enrolling them in a new high school and a myriad of other therapy-inducing, life-changing moves. Not only are they calm, but they are in pretty good spirits and have provided a lot of laughs throughout the last few crazy weeks. I really love that they have bought into this adventure 100%.

Two weeks shy of my 16th birthday my mom moved us to Costa Rica (my brother was 14 and sister 11). Although I was the least excited of my siblings to go, it undoubtedly was a defining experience in my life, awakening my interest in Latin America and I most probably would not be living in Brazil today if it were not for that move to Costa Rica. It is great your kids are positive about the experience, it will bring many benefits to them I am sure.
